I don’t know if you’ve noticed this, but people are really tired. Some are more tired than others, and some are better at managing the exhaustion, but it seems to me that a shocking number of people walk around exhausted on a daily basis. While there are lots of things people can do about it (Google strategies to be less tired for tips), my question is whether leaders and organization recognize the potential damage individuals who are exhausted can do to the organization, and what they’re going to do about it.
